Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and processes.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate interactions between IT and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in software tools related to business analysis, like UML or BPMN.
• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic planning experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
