Assistant and developer position working closely with the IT Manager; it is not a developer-only role.
The role combines administrative coordination, IT operations, research, and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Manager with daily tasks and coordination; schedule meetings with technology providers and business-to-business clients.
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines; track hosting, VPS, domains, software, subscriptions, renewals, and payments.
- Maintain records and IT documentation; research and compare software, services, tools, technical solutions, pricing, and features.
- Provide general IT support and troubleshooting.
- Gradually take on development, scripting, automation, API, and other technical projects as skills develop.
Candidate requirements
- Be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, and be comfortable with assistant, administrative, and technical IT work.
- Have medium to high development knowledge and be interested in technology and learning development.
- Have good research and problem-solving skills and strong communication and follow-up skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
