Key accountabilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of new IT systems and enhancements.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training while maintaining system integrity and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an IT Analyst or similar role with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
