A multidisciplinary IT Administrator role combining core IT and network infrastructure, internal support, WordPress and web development, graphic design, email marketing, and social media management.
The role suits an organised problem-solver able to balance technical work with creative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Networking, servers, and staff support
- Provide hands-on and remote staff support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and configure networks, hardware, software, servers, and IP telephony or VoIP systems.
- Manage web hosting, domains, and servers to support uptime.
- Create user accounts, manage access controls, perform diagnostics, and debug systems.
- Develop and execute secure data retrieval and disaster recovery procedures.
Web development and email marketing
- Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites using HTML5, PHP, and .NET.
- Set up, manage, and execute email marketing through Mautic, SendGrid, and Mailjet.
- Troubleshoot outages and website bugs, handle core updates, and resolve software requirements.
Graphic design and social media
- Design flyers, corporate email signatures, and other promotional branding assets.
- Create content using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Manage and publish engaging content across official social media channels.
Experience and technical qualifications
- At least three years of overall experience in a similar multidisciplinary IT role.
- At least two years of direct experience in IT helpdesk or staff support, network administration, hardware and VoIP configuration, and Microsoft 365.
- At least two years of WordPress development, custom code in HTML5, PHP, and .NET, and hosting environments.
- At least two years of email marketing infrastructure setup and campaign execution using Mautic, SendGrid, and Mailjet.
- At least two years of graphic design with CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, including asset creation.
Knowledge and working approach
- Deep understanding of network infrastructure, hosting platforms, marketing tools, content management systems, and IT administration best practices.
- Exceptionally organised and able to balance technical support and IT tasks with creative design work.
- Stay current with developments in IT and digital media.
