About the Role:

We are expanding our consultancy services and setting up a dedicated ISO department. We are looking for an experienced ISO Consultant to lead and manage the department, guide clients through ISO certification processes, and ensure compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ISO department and oversee all ISO-related projects.
• Guide organizations through ISO certification processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and review documentation, manuals, and procedures as per ISO standards.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Train client teams on ISO standards and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of certification processes and maintain client satisfaction.
• Keep updated on latest ISO standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ISO consultancy or auditing.
• Proven experience in managing ISO certification projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications (Lead Auditor, ISO Consultant certifications) preferred.
