Islamic Finance Consultant - Fintech (Part Time)
About This Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Islamic Finance Consultant on a part-time basis to support structuring, documentation, and execution of Shariah-compliant financial transactions, including commodity-based structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validate Shariah-compliant financial structures (Murabaha, Tawarruq, Ijara, etc.)
- Draft and review Islamic finance contracts and agreements
- Advise on commodity transaction flows and execution mechanisms
- Ensure full Shariah compliance across all financial activities
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and external partners on deal structuring
- Provide guidance on risk, compliance, and documentation standards
- Support onboarding of new financial products aligned with Islamic principles
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Islamic finance structuring and advisory
- Strong knowledge of AAOIFI standards and Shariah principles
- Experience in commodity Murabaha / Tawarruq transactions
- Ability to work independently on a part-time / consulting basis
- Prior experience in UAE/GCC markets preferred
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
