Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • CPA License preferred
  • 2-4 years Fund Operations experience in public, fund, investment accounting preferred
  • Experience with fund and/or partnership accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail‐oriented
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt in a positive manner to rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion
  • Interested applicants must conduct themselves in a highly professional manner
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B, O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non-immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship).
  • MD Salary: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and other job-related factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus plus additional discretionary long-term incentive compensation.
