Role overview

Fulfillment and inventory

• Develop and execute inventory and asset-utilization strategies aligned with materials-management objectives.
• Monitor safety stock, global and aging inventory, and slow-moving inventory; drive mitigation and optimization plans.
• Develop demand plans, stocking strategies, and replenishment processes with Materials Planning teams.
• Coordinate with AMO, manufacturing plants, and regional operations to ensure availability of assets, spare parts, and inventory.

Assets, compliance, and improvement

• Support product introductions, phase-in and phase-out activities, and inventory transitions to reduce business risk and excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with inventory and asset policies, including verification, customer-owned and consigned inventory, PPE verification, and audit requirements.
• Monitor metrics, forecasts, utilization reports, system-data integrity, and aged transactions; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering operational excellence, collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

Required qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Requires at least 7 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, materials management, inventory management, asset management, or related disciplines.
• Mandatory AMO experience and understanding of asset lifecycle management, repair operations, and service delivery processes.
• Mandatory materials and inventory management experience, including inventory optimization, demand planning, stocking strategies, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Mandatory operations experience in a manufacturing, service, repair, supply-chain, or industrial environment.
• Requires advanced knowledge of SAP, MRP, S&OP, inventory systems, and supply-chain planning methodologies, plus stakeholder, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

Desired qualifications

• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply-chain certification is desired.
• Experience leading teams through direct reporting, matrix structures, or organizational influence is desired.
• Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial experience is desired.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization, demand planning, fulfillment, logistics, asset management, compliance, inventory controls, and audit practices is valued.
