Join an early engineering team building media-management and collaboration features for creative tools.
Work with teams behind Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and iWork to create next-generation tools for creators.
Responsibilities
- Set direction and architecture for new collaborative features.
- Build creative-app features and drive them from concept through delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams; influence user interface and project planning.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 2 years shipping high-quality, tested iOS and/or macOS code.
- Strong knowledge of Apple-platform architecture, computer science fundamentals, and object-oriented design.
- Strong Swift proficiency and experience with at least one of SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit.
- Able to take ownership amid ambiguity, ask for help, learn, and support an open and inclusive work environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Interest in Apple creative apps such as Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, iMovie, or GarageBand.
- Experience with Swift async/await and actors; proficiency with Swift Testing and/or XCTest.
- Commitment to accessibility and localization.
Compensation
- Base pay range is $119,100 to $230,500; pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
