We Are Hiring – Invoicing Coordinator
Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi and support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices accurately
- Coordinate with project and finance teams for billing updates
- Track payments, outstanding invoices, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in invoicing / accounts coordination (construction experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (if applicable)
- Ability to work under deadlines
- UAE experience is an advantage
Job Type: Contract
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
