Overview
***Job Details:***
*Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and other tax related documents in line with current regulations.*
*Record and review billing transactions in the accounting system to ensure all entries are accurate.*
*Generate monthly reports related to sales performance and invoicing activities for management.*
*Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are billed correctly and on time.*
*Maintain proper filing and control of sequential and tax related documents for easy tracking.*
*Regularly check billing data to avoid errors and keep financial records up to date.*
*Support accounting activities by organizing documents for audits and internal use.*
*Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies in a timely manner.*
***Job Experience Requirements***
*Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
Degree in Public Accounting or Administration will be preferred.*
*Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting related roles.*
*Good knowledge of accounting software along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.*
*Understanding of tax rules and electronic invoicing processes.*
*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and clear communication ability.*
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.*
