About the Role
We are looking for motivated and dynamic
Investment Managers
to join our high-integrity, high-performance team.
This role focuses on lead generation, building lasting client relationships, and driving property sales with unmatched professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through strategic cold calling and client networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up.
- Conduct property showings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide clients with accurate market insights, property analysis, and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to craft winning sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills
- 1–5 Years in Sales & Cold Calling
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Target-Driven with Client Handling Ability
- Passion to Earn Big & Grow Fast

- Salary: Fixed.
- Commissions: Highly lucrative structure – average income potential up to as high as 25,00,000 lacs and as low as 5,00,000 (Disclaimer - It is just Impossible to Cap the commissions, figures mentioned as just to get an understanding to someone who is new to this market )
