Job Overview
Starwalk Systems is seeking a strategic and experienced **Investment Director** to lead investment planning, portfolio management, and financial growth initiatives.
This executive-level role is ideal for a finance professional with strong expertise in investment strategy, market analysis, and capital management.
The Investment Director will play a critical role in identifying investment opportunities, optimizing portfolio performance, and supporting the organization’s long-term financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage investment portfolios, asset allocation, and financial performance.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and economic developments impacting investments.
- Prepare investment reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with executive teams on financial planning and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal investment policies.
- Lead and mentor investment and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in investment management, asset management, or corporate finance leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
