The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious, driven, and client-focused Investment Consultants to join our growing Dubai office.

Working with qualified inbound enquiries from investors actively seeking UK property opportunities, you will guide clients through the entire investment process—from initial consultation through to reservation and completion.

Baron & Cabot invests heavily in digital marketing and generates a consistent flow of warm leads, allowing consultants to focus on building relationships and closing business.

For individuals with a prospecting mindset, additional business development activity is fully supported and encouraged.

Sales are conducted primarily through telephone consultations, Google Meet presentations, and other online channels, enabling you to work with investors across multiple international markets.

Strong preference for candidates with substantial UK market exposure, including candidates who have lived, worked, or studied in the UK and have experience dealing with UK-based investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified inbound investor enquiries.
  • Conduct telephone and video consultations with prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives, budgets, and requirements.
  • Present suitable UK property investment opportunities, including off-plan developments.
  • Guide clients through the full investment journey from enquiry to completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term investor relationships.
  • Manage and update client activity within the CRM system.
  • Follow up and nurture opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver a professional and consultative client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property sales, off-plan sales, investment sales, financial services, wealth management, or a similar consultative sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the UK property market is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience living, studying, or working in the UK, or selling to UK-based clients and investors, will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with investors.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
  • Comfortable conducting consultations via phone and video conferencing.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required for exhibitions, investor events, client meetings, and business development activities.

Compensation

  • This is a commission-only position with an uncapped commission structure.
  • For candidates who can demonstrate a verified track record of 20 or more completed transactions within a 12-month period, a negotiated base salary may be offered.
  • Exceptional earning potential for high-performing consultants.
