Role Description
The Investment Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations to understand and meet clients' investment goals, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction through exceptional service. They will develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, seek new clients via online channels, and present property investment opportunities persuasively. Staying updated on UK property market trends and using tools like Google Earth, they will provide informed investment advice, analyse market data, and maintain accurate CRM records. Additionally, they will prepare detailed cash flow analyses and deliver compelling presentations.
This role is a commission based compensation structure
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement
Conduct engaging and persuasive consultations with clients via Zoom, understanding their investment goals and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored investment solutions in UK properties.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Marketing
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Proactively seek out new clients and business opportunities through various channels.
Present UK property investment opportunities clearly and persuasively, both over Zoom and the phone.
Market Research and Analysis
Stay updated with UK property market trends, economic factors, and investment opportunities.
Analyse market data to provide clients with informed investment advice.
Utilise tools like Google Earth to give clients a comprehensive understanding of property locations and potential.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
Prepare detailed cash flow analyses and economic assessments to support investment proposals.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders via Zoom.
Required Skills
