Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Investment Consultant to lead the representation of our South Asian property portfolio across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary relationship owner for diaspora and high-net-worth investors, guiding them from initial engagement through to deal closure.

The ideal candidate brings deep, on-ground knowledge of real estate markets, coupled with a strong understanding of diaspora investor behavior, expectations, and risk sensitivities. A proven ability to build cross-border trust, structure high-impact conversations, and convert interest into committed capital is essential.

This role is designed for individuals who do not just advise, but originate, influence, and close.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and onboard HNWIs and diaspora investors across Dubai and the broader GCC

- Present and sell our real estate project portfolio with confidence and accuracy

- Conduct one-on-one advisory sessions to match clients to the right project based on budget, risk appetite, and return expectations

- Lead property presentations, investment briefings, and community events for prospective investors

- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → presentation → negotiation → close

- Maintain ongoing client relationships post-sale to drive referrals and repeat investment

- Stay sharp on South Asian real estate trends, project delivery milestones, and the competitor landscape

- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to investment inflows

- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with diaspora investor communities

- In-depth knowledge of South Asian real estate markets

- Fluency in English and Urdu; Arabic is a strong advantage

- Strong presentation and closing skills
