Join a Dubai-based investment platform with a long-term, global investment mandate across alternative asset classes.
This global asset manager actively deploys capital into high-quality private market opportunities, partnering with leading GPs and investing directly through co-investments and select primary transactions.
This role offers broad exposure across private markets, close interaction with senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to take responsibility early in a lean, high-caliber investment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full investment lifecycle across alternative asset classes including private equity, private credit, real assets, venture capital, and co-investments
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modelling, and scenario analysis for new investment opportunities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence on external managers, direct investments, and co-investment opportunities
- Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, IC presentations, and supporting materials for internal approval
- Analyse fund structures, terms, and legal documentation in collaboration with external advisors
- Monitor portfolio performance, prepare quarterly reviews, and support ongoing portfolio management activities
- Track market trends, sector themes, and macro developments relevant to private markets
- Coordinate with external GPs, advisors, banks, and service providers as required
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline
- CFA or progress toward CFA is preferred
- Analyst level: 1-2 years of relevant experience in private equity, private credit, asset management, or alternative investments
- Senior Analyst level: 3-4 years of relevant experience with demonstrable exposure to private market transactions
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience reviewing investment structures, fund terms, and transaction documentation
- Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Commercial mindset with intellectual curiosity across alternative asset classes
