About This Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Investment Analyst** to support investment research, financial analysis, and deal evaluation activities.
The role is ideal for early-to -mid career professionals who have hands-on exposure in private investments, corporate finance, or venture-style transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct **financial analysis**, valuation models (DCF, comparables, basic LBO where applicable), and scenario analysis
- Research **companies, sectors, and market trends** across UAE, India and Global markets
- Assist in **investment memos, pitch decks, and internal reports**
- Support **due diligence** processes, including financial, commercial, and basic legal review
- Track portfolio performance and prepare periodic performance summaries
- Maintain databases of potential investment opportunities and market benchmarks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (auditors, consultants, legal firms)
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators and industry developments relevant to investment strategy
& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in **investment analysis, corporate finance, audit, or consulting**
- Strong understanding of **financial statements and valuation fundamentals**
- Proficiency in **Excel** (financial modeling) and **PowerPoint**
- Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills in **English and regional languages**
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to **private equity, venture capital, or M&A**
- CFA (or pursuing) / MBA (Finance) / CA (or pursuing)
- Experience working with startups, SMEs, or investment firms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
