Role Overview

A leading family office with a strong regional presence is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Private Markets team.

The role focuses on evaluating and executing investment opportunities across Europe and the US, spanning private equity, private credit and other alternative asset classes. You will gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle in a high-performance, globally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Execution

• Support the evaluation and execution of private market investments across Europe and the US
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis and commercial due diligence
• Assist in screening opportunities across private equity, venture capital, private credit and co-investments

Research & Market Insights

• Perform market research and analyse sector trends across global private markets
• Identify and assess new investment opportunities

Investment Materials & Reporting

• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Support Investment Committee materials and decision-making processes

Portfolio Monitoring

• Track performance of existing investments and support portfolio reviews
• Assist with reporting, analysis and strategic assessments

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with external advisors, fund managers and internal teams across the investment lifecycle
• Support portfolio construction and asset allocation discussions

Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

• 1–3 years of experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, asset management or similar
• Exposure to private markets investing and transaction execution
• Experience covering Europe and/or US markets is preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
• Solid understanding of investment processes and deal execution

Qualifications

• Strong academic background from a leading university
• Progress towards CFA or similar qualification is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a lean, high-performance team
• Must be based in the GCC and able to work in the UAE full-time
