Seeking an experienced Investment Advisor with a strong interest in off-plan and investment property.
The role focuses on advising clients and investors on Dubai property opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Understand investment objectives and client requirements, then recommend suitable opportunities.
- Present projects and manage transactions from initial consultation through completion.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in real estate, property investment, or luxury sales; Dubai or UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with off-plan property sales or investment advisory and strong knowledge of Dubai's property investment market.
- Proven sales-target achievement; strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to analyse client requirements and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Valid UAE driving license; Dubai-based candidates are strongly preferred.
- Able to work independently and within a sales team.
