Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
3+ years inventory leadership experience, including overseeing large inventories and audit procedures preferably in a high-volume production environment.
Proven hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
An understanding of inventory control principles and procedures.
Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a strategic approach with a focus on achieving results and fostering continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication.
Capacity to engage with customers in a professional manner.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
