Qualifications:

  • Integrity: Adherence to moral and ethical principles; sound moral character; honesty
  • Analytical: Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts, and make decisions that make sense.
  • Mechanical: Ability to use all department equipment safely and understand their use and function. Able to be certified on all equipment – Sitdown/StandUp Lift trucks, Reach Trucks, and Stock Pickers.
  • Communication: The ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Must exhibit good written, as well as verbal skills.
  • Computer: Should understand general workings of a PC and be able to utilize Microsoft Office and/or Google documents.
  • Should have strong knowledge of the AS400, Warehouse BOSS, D365 and Inventory Transactions and codes.
  • Product Knowledge: The candidate should have strong product knowledge as to where product is used.
  • Adaptability: The ability to understand, accept and embrace change is necessary for the development of the department.
  • Attendance: Excellent attendance is a requirement for this position.
  • High School or GED equivalency diploma preferred. College preferred.
  • Must be able to perform all jobs in the Shipping Department and not be afraid of heights.
  • This job requires spending time at Outside warehouse to perform cycle counts. Job holder must maintain a valid and updated NC driver’s license.
