Inventory Controller
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing stock.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and update stock movements regularly.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams, and store/warehouse staff for smooth stock flow.
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, and documentation accuracy.
- Identify slow-moving, expired, damaged, or missing stock and report discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and reorder recommendations.
- Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of products.
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss, waste, and errors.
- Support pricing, product coding, barcode management, and stock categorization.
- Supervise inventory staff and assign daily tasks when required.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges, transfers, and stock adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and record-keeping requirements.
- Work with management to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
