Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing stock.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and update stock movements regularly.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams, and store/warehouse staff for smooth stock flow.
• Inspect incoming goods for quantity, quality, and documentation accuracy.
• Identify slow-moving, expired, damaged, or missing stock and report discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and reorder recommendations.
• Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of products.
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce loss, waste, and errors.
• Support pricing, product coding, barcode management, and stock categorization.
• Supervise inventory staff and assign daily tasks when required.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and record-keeping requirements.
• Work with management to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
