About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage stock operations for our electronics showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring smooth coordination between the showroom and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management & Verification
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Verify physical stock against system quantities regularly
- Ensure proper posting of shop orders into the system
- Display & Showroom Inventory Control
- Track display stock and ensure correct quantities are maintained
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock checks for showroom items
- Report discrepancies and take corrective actions
- Stock Transfers
- Identify excess or slow-moving items in the showroom
- Arrange transfer of excess stock to the warehouse
- Prepare and process transfer invoices from showroom to warehouse
- System Updates & Reporting
- Update inventory data in ERP/system accurately
- Generate inventory reports as required
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for stock movement
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller / Storekeeper / Stock Controller
- Experience in electronics or retail showroom is preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems / ERP software
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stock audits and reporting
- Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
