- Brandt is currently seeking an Inventory Control Person for our Regina, SK location.
- The Inventory Control Person is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- This role coordinates part transfers between warehouses, supports production with inventory-related issues, and ensures materials are properly located, charged, and accounted for.
- The position also supports month-end and year-end inventory processes while maintaining organized documentation and accurate warehouse records.
- Duties & Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Generate & perform daily inventory cycle counts.
- Facilitate/arrange/track parts transfers to and from other Brandt warehouses and/or companies for production and set up crews as needed.
- Assist Production with inventory issues as they arise.
- Complete inventory adjustments based on submitted inventory adjustment forms.
- Complete inventory adjustments based on submitted Inventory Adjustment Forms.
- Locate & adjust found or missing items in the warehouse/yard.
- Assist with inventory location consolidation.
- Month end inventory adjustments & reconciliation.
- Organize and file paper records.
- Aid in managing the year-end inventory count.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering to charge materials to projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to manually handle all goods when needed.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Possess strong resourcefulness and high motivation.
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite use.
- Knowledge of Industrial Equipment considered an asset.
- Certification to operate equipment considered an asset.
- Experience with manufacturing software considered an asset.
