Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Inventory Control with experience in NVOCC operations and container inventory management.
The candidate should be capable of handling container tracking, stock control, coordination with depots and transporters, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily container inventory and movement.
- Track container availability, utilization, and stock status.
- Coordinate with depots, transporters, shipping lines, and operations team.
- Ensure timely system updates and accurate inventory records.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Follow up on container detention, repairs, and repositioning.
- Support operational planning and container allocation.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in NVOCC, shipping, or logistics.
- Good knowledge of container inventory control and depot operations.
- Familiarity with container tracking and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and shipping software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
