About This Role

Generate System Requests based on Manual Request forms for the Reorder process.

 Review and validate Delivery Orders for accuracy.

 Execute System transfers in response to other branch Delivery Orders.

 Initiate System transfers in accordance with Branch requests.

 Confirm system transactions upon receiving goods from other branches.

 Follow up with respective individuals in the event of any stock discrepancies in the

system for necessary transfers.

 Coordinate with all branches for daily branch requests regarding shortage items.

 Hand over the requests to the respective division for material picking.

Follow up with the Access Panel team for special sizes production in response to branch

requests.

 Coordinate with Warehouse teamsfor Adhesives stock, processing reorder requests in

case of shortages.

 Collaborate with the Branch team on monthly Tint usage and prepare a detailed monthly

report.

 Work with the branch team to address any stock discrepancies, reporting to the

inventory controller, and ensuring follow-up until resolved.

 Ensure proper stock levels of Adhesives products at all times.
