About This Role

Job Summary:

The Junior Inventory Assistant will assist with managing inventory records, tracking stock levels, and supporting the inventory team to ensure accurate and organized stock management. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to grow in logistics or supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming stock.
  • Track inventory levels and update stock records accurately.
  • Assist in stocktaking and periodic audits.
  • Organize and maintain the storage areas and warehouse.
  • Report discrepancies in stock levels or damaged items to the supervisor.
  • Support the team in preparing inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure stock availability for operations.
  • Follow all safety and company protocols in handling stock.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and take direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
