About This Role
Overview
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and stock transfers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records at all times.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Handle logistics operations including shipment planning, delivery coordination, and transportation tracking.
- Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and suppliers.
- Maintain warehouse organization and ensure proper storage practices.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods and receipt of raw materials.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, and damaged inventory and report to management.
- Generate inventory and logistics reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with customs/clearing agents when required.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
