Inventory and Logistics In charge - Manufacturing Experience Mandatory

About This Role

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including Raw Materials (fragrance oils, alcohol, packaging), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system and ensure real-time updates for all inventory movements
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Oversee inventory valuation and ensure proper tracking of batch-wise and expiry-sensitive items (where applicable)
• Coordinate with production team for material planning, ensuring timely availability of raw materials to avoid production delays
• Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate timely procurement requests in coordination with the procurement team
• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and preservation of perfume products and raw materials
• Supervise inward and outward logistics, including receipt of materials, dispatch planning, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and export/import documents (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to storage, transport, and handling of perfumes and flammable materials
• Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management
• Work closely with finance for stock reconciliation and audit requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce losses/damages
