Intern Experience
Interns join teams, contribute to real projects, and work with engineers, researchers, and traders on live technical problems.

Software Engineering
- Build technology supporting trading and investment activities, including market connectivity, execution, analytics, risk, and P&L systems.
- Potential projects include AI-powered static analysis, exchange simulator enhancements, risk data platforms, and trading interfaces.
Quantitative Development
- Work between research, trading, and engineering to build technology for market analysis, strategy development, and production trading.
- Potential projects include real-time C++ systems, research platforms, machine learning systems, data pipelines, and trading tools.
Current Skillset
- Be a penultimate or final-year bachelor's or master's student in a STEM discipline and on track for a 2:1 or above.
- Have hands-on software engineering experience from projects, open source, hobbies, internships, or academic work.
- Demonstrate proficiency in C++, C#, or Python.
- Have familiarity with Python or Bash, Git, SQL, GCC, and Linux.
- Be curious, proactive, self-motivated, thoughtful, and comfortable taking ownership.
Selection Process
- Selected candidates complete a coding challenge focused on programming and problem solving.
- Shortlisted candidates attend assessment-centre or online interviews covering technical thinking and collaboration.
