Responsibilities

• Assist the production team with the planning and coordination of the upcoming edition
• Develop production drawings for fabrication
• Coordinate with fabricators and suppliers
• Source materials and fabricators relevant to the edition’s artworks
• Assist in coordination with participating architects, designers, and exhibitors
• Support the installation and setup of exhibits
• Assist with administrative and general operational tasks as needed
• Update and maintain project diaries and overviews, ensuring progress and project information remain accessible and up to date
• Support documentation and archiving by maintaining organised and editable filing systems

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture, design, or a related field
• Graduated within the past year
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship starting June 2026
• Holds valid UAE residency for the duration of the internship
• Proficient in 2D and 3D software such as CAD and Rhino, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
• Evening and weekend availability before and during events

Responsibilities

• Assist the Public Programming team with the planning, coordination, and delivery of programmes for SAT03
• Support the development and implementation of workshops, talks, performances, screenings, community-focused programmes, and institutional events
• Coordinate with artists, participants, facilitators, production teams, and external partners
• Assist with outreach and audience engagement initiatives, including community liaison, participant communication, interviews, research, and data collection
• Support guided tours, learning activities, and public engagement across SAT venues and projects
• Maintain organised records, schedules, reports, and programme-related documentation
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks for public programming and outreach
• Support on-site programme management during events and opening week activities

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture, social sciences, cultural studies, or another relevant interdisciplinary field related to public engagement
• Recent graduate or candidate at an early stage of professional practice
• Demonstrated interest in public engagement, community-based programming, research, cultural initiatives, or interdisciplinary practices
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in coordination, interviewing, collaborative work, and public interaction
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship starting June 2026
• Holds valid UAE residency for the duration of the internship
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of 2D and 3D software such as CAD and Rhino is advantageous
• Evening and weekend availability before and during events

• Source materials and fabricators aligned with the exhibition design intent
• Assist in coordinating with exhibition designers, graphic designers, and exhibitors
• Support the installation and setup of exhibits
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Update and maintain project diaries and overviews to ensure project information remains organised and accessible
• Support documentation and archiving through organised filing systems and record keeping

• Assist the unit in coordinating the unit's programme-related events and publications
• Assist the unit in researching, organising, and coordinating SAT03 edition projects
• Assist the unit with publishing tasks, including collating information and liaising with printers and graphic designers
• Assist the unit in documenting and preparing spaces for research programmes
• Archive in-house research material and programme content
• Assist in organising digital repositories, libraries, and printed materials
• Conduct audience and community surveys
• Provide support on fieldwork and visits to urban sites and institutions

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture and urbanism, design, social sciences, or a related field
• Graduated within the past year
• Available for a minimum 6 month internship starting June 2026
• Holds a valid UAE residency for the duration of the internship
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs), and video editing (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or iMovie)
• Evening and weekend availability before and during events

Responsibilities

• Manage and update SAT’s main database ahead of the Triennial opening
• Support audience development by researching and identifying new communities, institutions, and cultural networks relevant to the Triennial
• Coordinate and maintain VIP, press, partner, and guest mailing lists
• Support event logistics related to invitations, RSVPs, accreditation, and guest communications
• Help prepare press materials, media kits, and opening-week communications assets
• Monitor institutional media coverage
• Provide on-site communications and administrative support during the Triennial opening and related events
• Assist in documenting events through live social media coverage, photography coordination, and content collection
• Provide general support to the Communications team

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• Graduated within the past year
• Good management and coordination skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of all content
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with graphics software
• Evening and weekend availability before and during events

Responsibilities

• Assist the Graphic Design team with a diversity of tasks across a variety of areas such as branding, wayfinding, editorial design and social media assets
• Develop, prepare, test and adapt design files for print production and liaise with printers and fabricators under supervision
• Assist in maintaining visual consistency across exhibition and communication materials
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the design workflow, including scheduling, file handoffs, and supplier coordination

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a closely related field
• A portfolio demonstrating high typographic sensibility and a strong sense of contemporary visual communication (work in editorial, exhibition, and identity design is particularly relevant)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Familiarity with type-setting conventions, grid systems, and print production processes
• Attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and a rigorous approach to maintaining accuracy and consistency across all outputs
• Comfortable working with multilingual content
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship starting June 2026
• Holds valid UAE residency for the duration of the internship
