Job Summary

Compliance Intern

• , you will serve as a "guardian of standards" within the Risk and Compliance team.
• Your mission is to ensure the organization stays on the right side of the law and internal rules.
• You will act as a meticulous observer and researcher, helping to protect the company’s reputation and operational license by identifying risks before they become problems and ensuring that every department follows the established "rulebook."
• What will you be doing?
• Policy Maintenance: Assisting in the vital work of drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies to ensure they are current and effective.
• Regulatory Scouting: Tracking changes in the legal and regulatory landscape that could impact the business, acting as an early-warning system for the team.
• Audit Support: Helping conduct "health checks" and internal audits to verify that different departments are actually following the procedures they are supposed to.
• Reporting & Documentation: Organizing and preparing the paperwork required for regulatory bodies, ensuring that all compliance data is accurate and ready for inspection.
• Risk Monitoring: Observing day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to specific frameworks (such as Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy, or industry-specific laws).
