Role Summary

B2C Telesales Intern

• , you are the "brand ambassador" on the other end of the phone.
• Your mission is to connect with individual consumers, understand their pain points, and show them how your product or service can make their lives better.
• You act as the bridge between a customer’s curiosity and a final purchase, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and focused on hitting key sales milestones.
• What will you be doing?
• Direct Outreach: Engaging with individual leads via outbound calls to introduce them to the brand and spark a desire for its services.
• Benefit Storytelling: Moving beyond a script to explain product benefits in a way that resonates personally with each customer.
• Lead Conversion: Guiding interested prospects through the initial stages of the "buyer's journey," answering their questions, and converting their interest into sales.
