Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site International Visa Sales - Senior Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Senior Executive will manage end-to-end visa sales processes for multiple countries, including advising clients on documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person; preparing and reviewing visa applications; coordinating with internal teams and external partners; and ensuring timely submission and follow-up on applications.

The role involves achieving sales targets, cross-selling travel-related services such as tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant systems.

The Senior Executive will also monitor visa regulations and updates, provide clear and compliant information to clients, and support continuous improvement of visa sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong International Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a travel, tourism, or visa services environment.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management, with the ability to handle client queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
  • Understanding of International Business practices, especially related to global travel, immigration regulations, and visa requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documentation and client records.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or visa consultancy is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
