Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing accurate market insights, and offering exemplary customer service throughout the transaction process.
This role also involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets while ensuring that all dealings are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Consulting and advisory skills to provide expert guidance to clients in making property investment decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and fostering trust
- Customer service expertise to deliver a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales strategies and achieving targets within the dynamic real estate market
- Knowledge and experience in the real estate domain, including market trends and property laws
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in property consultancy or real estate sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
