Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the integration and management of international projects across relevant organizational units.
- Develop standardized project management methodologies, tools, and guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, risks, challenges, and corrective actions throughout implementation.
- Develop cooperation opportunities, programs, and international energy-sector projects with targeted countries.
- Support international agreements and memoranda of understanding related to projects and private-sector participation.
- Increase local-company and private-sector participation in international energy projects, forums, conferences, and committees.
- Manage meetings and workshops with internal teams, international entities, companies, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Prepare operational plans and periodic reports covering milestones, achievements, challenges, risks, and implementation progress.
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate international energy-sector projects with internal organizational units, targeted countries, local companies, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project methodologies, operational planning, milestones, timelines, progress reporting, and risk management.
- Ability to support the development and activation of memoranda of understanding, bilateral agreements, and multilateral agreements.
- Ability to identify international cooperation and investment opportunities and develop programs supporting private-sector participation.
