Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Logistics Coordinator and sales-support to manage the logistics, administrative and documentation aspects of our client's international sales operations.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all export and sales processes run smoothly, from order confirmation to shipment and payment collection.

You will act as the key link between our suppliers and international clients, ensuring that all commercial and logistics documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Controlling this process is the core of the position.

As the company is expanding, we are also looking for a someone that could help scale up the business through sales support.

This might involve looking for new suppliers (online or on trade fairs), introducing new methods of administration or new processes, analyzing import- and export statistics and generating ideas for new communication and / or marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Overseeing the full process of successful execution of orders (planning, shipment, documentation verification).
  • Overseeing payments of customers (prepayments, balance payments, L/C’s).
  • Order tracking and update internal databases with shipping and payment statuses.
  • Support management with sales-, logistics- and market-reports.
  • Communicate with clients and partners in English and French to resolve documentation or payment queries.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in international logistics, export documentation, or sales administration.
  • Proven experience working with shipment scheduling and international trade procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics documentation.
  • Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written business) language.
  • Strong numerical and administrative accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communicational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
