Internal Medicine Specialist

Job Title: Medical Doctor (Internal Medicine / Aesthetics / General Practice)

Language Requirement: English + Fluency in either Arabic or Russian

The Medical Doctor will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge preventative medicine, anti-aging treatments, and wellness optimization.

Specializing in advanced longevity protocols, the physician will be responsible for patient consultations, interpreting complex diagnostic panels, and prescribing highly customized treatments, with a core focus on Peptide Therapies and Intravenous (IV) Drip Therapies.

The ideal candidate will blend clinical excellence with a premium, patient-centric approach to deliver VIP healthcare.

Administer, oversee, and prescribe advanced Peptide Therapies tailored to individual patient wellness and longevity goals.

Supervise and manage the formulation and administration of customized IV Drip Therapies, ensuring strict adherence to clinical safety protocols.

Perform comprehensive health assessments, preventative screenings, and medical histories for new and returning patients.

(For Aesthetic Specialists): Perform minimally invasive cosmetic and anti-aging procedures as required by the clinic's service offerings.

Educate patients on the benefits, mechanisms, and expected outcomes of longevity treatments, biohacking protocols, and preventative medicine.

Develop personalized, long-term health and wellness optimization plans based on patient goals and diagnostic results.

Provide a premium, discreet, and highly reassuring bedside manner suitable for a VIP clientele.

Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.

Order, analyze, and interpret advanced biomarker testing, comprehensive blood panels, and other diagnostic tools related to anti-aging and metabolic health.

Translate complex scientific data into actionable lifestyle and medical recommendations for the patient.

Maintain meticulous and strictly confidential patient records using the clinic's Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Ensure all clinical practices, hygiene standards, and treatment protocols comply entirely with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with clinical staff, nurses, and clinic management to ensure seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient flow.

Primary Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

Licensure: Active and valid DHA License (Eligibility letters will be considered).

Specialty: Board certification or specialization in Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Aesthetic Medicine.

Minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification clinical experience, with mandatory proven experience in prescribing and administering Peptides and IV therapies.

Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.

Must be completely fluent in either Arabic or Russian.

Strong foundation in longevity science, cellular health, and preventative medicine.

Exceptional phlebotomy and IV cannulation skills.

High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end private healthcare environment.

Commitment to continuous medical education and staying updated on the latest trends in anti-aging science.

Clinical Proficiency: Mastery in IV cannulation, phlebotomy, and the safe, effective administration of customized intravenous infusions.

Diagnostic Acumen: Strong ability to interpret advanced diagnostic blood panels and biomarkers to create tailored anti-aging and wellness protocols.

Patient Consultation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to educate patients on longevity science, biohacking, and treatment benefits in a clear, reassuring manner.

VIP Client Management: Experience in delivering high-end, patient-centric care, ensuring a premium and discreet experience for all clients.

Aesthetic Expertise (Optional but preferred): For aesthetic candidates, proficiency in minimally invasive procedures (e.g., injectables, skin rejuvenation).

Compliance: Strict adherence to DHA health and safety regulations, clinical protocols, and meticulous electronic medical record (EMR) keeping.
