Job Title: Internal Auditor
A reputable Real Estate & Development firm in Dubai is looking for a competent **Internal Auditor** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial activities, identifying irregularities, and ensuring transparency within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audit of ongoing projects to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Perform detailed review of financial inflows and outflows
- Maintain and Analyze detailed records of expenses, revenue, liabilities, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and present audit findings highlighting irregularities
- Observe the current system and identify any fraudulent approach within the financial system
- Identify the sources and person(s) responsible for such irregularities/fraudulent measures
Requirements
- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BBA/MBA/ACCA/CA Inter preferred)
- **5-10 years of relevant experience**, as an Auditor in a well-reputed firm
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliation processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- High level of integrity and focus as per Job description
