Overview
**Job Overview:** Daksh Vikas Qatar is seeking a meticulous **Internal Auditor / Compliance Officer** to join our team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, enhancing our governance and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with operational and financial regulations.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance measures.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure organizational adherence and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are preferred.
- **3+** **years** of experience in internal auditing or compliance functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 50 - 100**, based on experience.
