Role overview
Sustainability Department internship focused on Earth Lab operations, guest activities, and integration of sustainability across the guest journey.
The role involves daily cross-departmental work and a broad range of sustainability activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage Earth Lab calendars, workshops, inventory, stock reordering, cleanliness, amenity production, and revenue generation.
- Innovate Earth Lab workshops and lead children's activities inside and outside the lab.
- Manage sustainability-related Mission Wellness offerings for hosts.
- Support waste management and ensure the team has necessary equipment.
- Collaborate with Wellness and Experience teams on activities and guest experiences.
- Integrate sustainability into the guest journey and promote the Regenerative Impact Fund to guests.
Qualifications
- Passion and curiosity for sustainability and excellent guest experience.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Bilingual profile required.
- Hardworking, open-minded, and ready to work cross-departmentally.
- Love for nature.
Work context
- Guest-facing hotel role with activities conducted in and outside the Earth Lab.
