Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience; hospitality experience is preferred, and cluster or multi-property experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hotel purchasing procedures, supplier management, and inventory control.
  • Materials Control (MC), BirchStreet, or similar system familiarity is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organization, coordination, negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and deadline management.
