• Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Required Skills and Abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently complete assigned tasks.
• Strong interest in medical device manufacturing, product sustainment, electronics, software, and continuous improvement.
• Interest in one or more of the following areas: electronics assembly, embedded systems, software development, sensor technology, test systems, or electromechanical product support.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical work clearly.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to follow directions, ask questions, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of root cause analysis, data analysis, engineering documentation, design controls, or software development lifecycle concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework, project experience, internship experience, or hands-on technical work related to electronics, embedded systems, software development, manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated product support is preferred.
• Familiarity with circuit board components, testing principles, troubleshooting basics, programming concepts, or software debugging is preferred.
• Exposure to CAD, programming languages, scripting, data analysis tools, C programming, FPGA, and/or VHDL is preferred.
