Responsibilities

  • Thinks strategically and communicates effectively with all levels of the Constellation Brands Legal Department and, other Constellation Brands departments.
  • Supports legal research projects on various topics including beverage alcohol and intellectual property issues.
  • Assists with the development of policies, training materials, checklists and guidelines.
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current law student enrolled in an ABA-accredited J.D. program and expected to have completed the first year of law school by the internship start date of May 2027
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Familiarity with legal technology and artificial intelligence tools is a plue
  • Legal research experience with an emphasis on organization and multitasking
  • Intellectual curiosity with evidence of problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Commitment to growing and enhancing skills and knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal

  • The salary range for this role is:
  • $35.00- $45.00 an hour
  • This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,
  • geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
