Responsibilities
- Assist PBP leads with employee relations queries and documentation.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update HRIS records for North & East region employees.
- Prepare onboarding kits and coordinate new hire orientation sessions.
- Compile and analyze HR metrics and reports for regional leadership.
- Facilitate internal communications and announcements related to HR initiatives.
- Help organize regional training and development events.
- Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Provide administrative support for performance management cycles.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Availability to work on-site in Kolkata for the internship duration.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
