Qualifications

  • Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, BCA, BSc IT, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, web applications, and software systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a support environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level-1 support for business applications and portals.
  • Log, track, and follow up on incidents and service requests.
  • Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor application health and report exceptions.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
  • Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and support processes.
