Compensation Range
- $15 - $30 per hour
- The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Enjoy solutions-driven work by leveraging appropriate tools to evaluate and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively across teams
- Proven leadership or team involvement in internships, projects, or student organizations deonstrating teamwork, influence, and problem-solving
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
