Intern, Finance (3 Months Internship Contract)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and post vendor invoices in SAP, and support timely payment within agreed terms.
• Verify supplier bank account changes using controls to prevent fraudulent or duplicate payments.
• Reconcile intercompany Accounts Payable balances and conduct vendor reconciliations and aging analysis.
• Monitor overdue Accounts Payable balances exceeding 120 days and respond to payment and invoice queries.
• Complete month-end closing of the Accounts Payable module.
• Follow company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Assist with finance projects and assignments directed by the Finance Manager.
