As a Conversion Accelerator, you will be a vital driver of our high-velocity inbound ecosystem.
Your core mandate will be to support our business development and customer success pipelines - eliminating operational friction, nurturing prospects from initial inquiry to final execution, and ensuring our strict service standard loops remain flawless.
✨ Who You Are
- **Education:**
- Possession of at least a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, International Relations, or Linguistics fields preferred).
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional verbal and written command over professional business correspondence.
- **Linguistic Skills:**
- Must be fully bilingual or multilingual - with core proficiency in
- English and Hindi
- (additional languages are a huge plus!).
- **Mindset:**
- A highly proactive, energetic individual who works well under execution timelines and treats customer satisfaction with high priority.

- Track and manage inbound customer pipelines to guarantee rapid, high-quality responses.
